We have just reached Lobouche at 5000m from Dingboche ready for our first test climb tomorrow to 6100m… the landscape is really opening up with no hiding place left from the altitude…

an emotional day for everyone as we passed through the Himalayan memorial garden.

We flew our flag again and remembered absent friends and those no longer with us.. my aches and nausea are easing slightly…. We are bonded so tightly as a team it is impossible not to share it all…
