Liverpool Heartbeat nominated Colin Southern for The Big Small Business Award. Colin, who runs the Bike Works in Skelmersdale was nominated for his work in 2014 preparing 200 for The Spitfire Project in Lesotho.
Colin now employs 5 of his volunteers with full time jobs and has moved from a small workshop into a large factory unit and now covers most of Lancashire and Cumbria
